Hi, my name is Jeff Trag and for the past 31 years I've been making fine natural log jewelry boxes with a band saw in Florida, Arizona, and Mexico. My boxes are top of the line with a semi-flat lacquer finish. The drawers are lined with a cardinal red velvet like finish.
Every box has at least 1 secret compartment,all created from the same piece of wood. I've shown my work at over 300 art shows and won 60 awards including best of show at West Palm Beach Florida. I've done whole-sale gift shows in Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, and had a permanent spot at the New York International Gift and Craft Fair for 8 years. 11 years ago I visited and fell in love with Mexico, and moved my business here. Two great side effects have been lower prices and higher quality. I've tried to set up my business here so that doing business with me is the same as if I were in the U.S.A.
Also now I have started a craft buying service for Mexican crafts. I have been living here now for 11 years and have gained a good understanding of the craftsmen and thier products.
